Ritchie Bros., a leading equipment auction company in Australia, seeks a Yard Coordinator to support vehicle intake at the branch. The role involves inspecting arrivals, documenting details, cleaning vehicles for auction, and preparing assets for movement and display.

You will also assist customers and onsite staff, operate light machinery, manage keys and plates, and help with safety compliance and general vehicle maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position at our NSW location.

Qualificações

• Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry is preferred.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and site staff.
• Basic automotive repair skills.
• Comfort with manual tasks and heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in vehicles by recording information and assigning it to the facility.
• Detail and clean vehicles to improve auction appearance and value.
• Move vehicles around the facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Prepare and set up vehicles for weekly/biweekly auctions, including numbering.
• Secure keys, license plates, and related items for storage.
• Assist visitors and guide them to the right contact person.
• Perform basic forklift/loader tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety/environmental rules.
• Be alert to hazards around heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
