Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Penrith NSW seeks a Yard and Equipment Manager to oversee three NSW auction site operations, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and a seamless customer experience.

You will manage yard layout, equipment setup, inspection services and refurbishing while enforcing best practices. The role involves coaching and developing staff, overseeing site maintenance, tracking expenses, and aligning operations with sales goals.

Formación

• 5 years related work experience.
• Forklift ticket preferred.
• Wheel Loader ticket preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, monitor, maintain and implement the auction site’s Inspection Services Program standards, procedures, best practices and guidelines and integrate those efforts with the yard layout and equipment set up procedures.
• Manage direct and indirect reports as you work to develop a strong team with clear succession plans, including setting performance objectives and conducting annual performance reviews.
• Assist the training department with developing and delivering related training and certification programs to employees as required.
• Assist in the on boarding and training of the site staff (Operations, Sales, Admin etc)
• Maintain strong connectivity with the designated On-Site Safety and Environmental Coordinator and promote a culture where the health and safety of our employees is top priority for all.
