Job summary

Narellan Pools on the Gold Coast is seeking a Yard Manager to oversee movements across the facility, lead two crane crews, and drive a new yard management system. This role will enhance visibility, accountability, and operational control by assigning designated locations to moulds and pools.

This position suits a proactive planner who can coordinate multiple moving parts, improve processes, and uphold safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise two crane crews and yard personnel
Coordinate all mould, pool, and equipment movements throughout the facility
Ensure production departments receive pools and moulds on time to meet schedules
Participate in daily production meetings with supervisors
Manage workflow priorities and real-time decision making
Monitor yard productivity and identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain a structured yard management system
Maintain designated locations for pools and moulds
Assist in major yard reorganisation project
Maintain records of mould and pool locations and movements
