Job summary

ShoreWorX is seeking a Crane Truck Driver / Yardman for our Chevallum Sunshine Coast Depot. This full-time role involves delivering and collecting equipment to and from customer sites, loading with crane trucks and forklifts, and keeping vehicles and the yard tidy and safe.

You will perform vehicle checks, complete paperwork accurately and provide professional on-site and depot customer service. HR truck licence, crane and forklift tickets are essential, along with a hands-on, reliable team

Qualifications

• HR truck licence essential.
• Self Loading Crane ticket essential.
• Experience with crane trucks.
• Honest and reliable.
• Ability to work unsupervised with good organisational skills.
• Forklift ticket essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect equipment to and from customers’ job sites.
• Load and unload equipment using crane trucks and forklifts.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and keep trucks clean and roadworthy.
• Perform general yardman duties including stock control, housekeeping and equipment organisation.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain WHS and environmental procedures.
• Provide professional customer service on-site and at the depot.

ShoreWorX is an Australian owned business that specialises in the hire of Aluminium Trench Shoring and associated safety products to the Civil Construction Industry throughout New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced Crane Truck Driver / Yardman to join our team based in our Chevallum Sunshine Coast Depot.

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Crane Truck Driver. This is a full-time position with overtime available.

Role

• Timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment to and from customers' job sites
• Load and unload equipment using crane trucks and forklifts
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain trucks in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition
• Carry out general yardman duties, including stock control, housekeeping and equipment organisation
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation and paperwork
• Maintain compliance with WHS and environmental procedures
• Provide professional customer service on-site and at the depot

To be successful in this role you must have;

• Self Loading Crane ticket
• Experience in crane trucks
• An eye for detail and a "Can Do" attitude
• Accuracy with paperwork
• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent organisational skills
