Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Loader Operator for our Newcastle area site. You will support yard operations, stock handling and loading activities, including operating a front end loader and preparing cement products for dispatch.

Role requires Front End Loader Ticket and preferably a Forklift Ticket, with railway loading experience highly regarded. Expect a safety-focused environment with independent work and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Front End Loader Ticket is required.
• Forklift Ticket is highly regarded.
• Ability to load/unload trucks.
• Train/rail loading experience is highly regarded.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently.

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer supplying construction materials and cement products nationwide. Their Kooragang facility is a key part of their Cement business, offering a safe, well-structured, team-focused working environment.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be supporting yard operations, stock handling and loading activities, including:

• Filling Bulka Bags and preparing cement products for dispatch
• General yard duties and housekeeping
• Following all site safety procedures and maintaining compliance
