Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Material Handler / Front-End Loader Operator for our Eastern Creek facility in NSW. The role offers AU$46.90/hour plus penalties, with a Mon-Fri day shift or a 4/4/4 day/night roster.

You will operate loaders, perform pre-starts and housekeeping, and assist with loading trucks and moving materials within a busy waste facility. Loader ticket and relevant experience are required, along with vaccination willingness and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Loader ticket and relevant experience.
• Hepatitis A & B vaccinations, or willingness to obtain vaccination.
• Waste industry experience is desirable
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Operate material handlers and front-end loaders.
• Complete pre-starts, post-checks and general housekeeping.
• Push up incoming materials from Council trucks.
• Load trucks using scales on the loader.
• Load the trommel using a front-end loader.
• General loading and material movement duties

What You Will Be Doing

Operating material handlers and front-end loaders

Completing pre-starts, post-checks and general housekeeping

Pushing up incoming materials from Council trucks

Loading trucks using scales on the loader

Loading the trommel using a front-end loader

General loading and material movement duties

What You Will Need

Loader ticket and relevant experience

Hepatitis A & B vaccinations, or willingness to obtain vaccinations once successful

Waste industry experience is desirable

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Good mechanical aptitude
