Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced forklift operator for a major building materials site in Blacktown. You will operate forklifts safely and efficiently, load and unload trucks, and transport raw materials and finished concrete products around the yard and warehouse to support daily distribution and manufacturing operations.

Required: a current LF forklift licence, a White Card, a valid NSW driver’s licence, and proven experience operating forklifts in large distribution centres or

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LF forklift licence and White Card.
• Experience operating forklifts in large distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Current NSW driver's licence required.
• Strong forklift safety and load handling knowledge.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and in line with site procedures.
• Load and unload trucks and handle products with care.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods around yard and warehouse.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Operate forklifts in a large distribution and manufacturing environment.
• Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as required.

Our client operates a major building materials site in Blacktown, supplying high-quality concrete and related construction materials to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the region. The site focuses on reliable production, efficient operations, and maintaining strong standards for safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

What you will be doing:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
• Transport raw materials and finished concrete products around the yard and warehouse.
• Perform regular forklift inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
• Operate forklifts in a large distribution and manufacturing environment.
• Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as required.

What you will need:

• Current High Risk Work Licence (LF Forklift Licence)
• White Card
• Current NSW Driver's Licence
• Experience operating forklifts within a large distribution centre, manufacturing, concrete, precast, or reo environment.
• Strong understanding of forklift safety and load handling procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
