Job summary

DSC Personnel is seeking a reliable Yard Hand for a well-established manufacturing company in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will support day-to-day yard operations, keep areas clean and safe, and assist the manufacturing team with general duties.

Requirements include previous yard hand or labouring experience, strong work ethic, good fitness for manual handling, and full Australian working rights. Transport is an advantage. Ongoing irregular shifts with weekly pay through DSC Personnel.

About the Role

You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring the work area is organised, clean and safe while supporting the manufacturing team with general duties.

Duties Include:

• General yard hand and labouring duties
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Moving and organising stock and materials around the yard
• Assisting production and warehouse staff
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Previous yard hand, labouring or manufacturing experience preferred
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
• Full Australian working rights
• Own reliable transport is an advantage
