Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Yard Hand for a respected manufacturing business in Dingley Village. The role focuses on cleaning, painting, maintaining equipment, and keeping the site tidy, with no machine operation required. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

You will assist with general factory and maintenance duties, support the production team, and work a varied schedule including Mon-Thu and a Friday shift. Car ownership and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in manufacturing, factory labouring, warehousing, or a similar hands-on environment.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, as duties will vary from day to day.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual tasks.
• Your own reliable car and a current driver's licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

We're currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join a respected manufacturing business located in Dingley Village. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role

As part of the team, you'll assist with a range of general factory and maintenance duties, including:

• Cleaning and wiping down a variety of manufacturing machinery
• Using hand and power tools to assist with assembly work
• Painting machines and equipment
• Tidying and maintaining factory and yard areas
• Assisting with general labouring and odd jobs as required
• Supporting the production team with day-to-day tasks

No machine operation is required – the focus is on cleaning, painting, maintaining equipment, and keeping the worksite clean and organised.
