Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking reliable Factory Hands for a well-established manufacturing company in Dingley Village. This full-time role offers stable Monday to Friday day shifts, with a start ASAP and comprehensive training.

You will assemble products with hand and power tools, operate production machinery, perform quality checks, and help with packing and movement through production. Applicants must have current Australian work rights, a valid driver’s license, and be physically fit for manual

Qualifications

• Recent experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, factory work, or warehousing.
• Confidence using hand and power tools.
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full Australian working rights.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Availability to start immediately.
