Job summary

CSR Limited is seeking a Yard Superintendent to lead the Yard and Despatch operations at the Oxley site, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. You will ensure products are stored safely, dispatched accurately, and delivered on time while building a strong, accountable team culture.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. You will coach on floor, drive performance, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Inventory, and Logistics to

Qualifications

This role requires proven leadership in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics or yard setting.
Current Forklift Licence (essential).
Demonstrated ability in people leadership and performance coaching.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
Lean, 5S or other continuous improvement exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Yard & Despatch team with day-to-day supervision and coaching.
Coordinate daily activities, monitor KPIs for production, inventory and dispatch.
Manage inventory and yard operations including stocktakes and planning.
Champion safety and compliance with WHSE standards and CoR requirements.
Collaborate across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics to optimise workflow.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and maintain documentation.
