Job summary

CSR Limited in Oxley (Brisbane) is seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead the Yard and Despatch team on the Exteriors site. You will coach on safety, performance and on-time deliveries while fostering a strong, accountable team culture.

This hands-on leadership role requires forklift certification, CoR knowledge and a lean continuous-improvement mindset to drive safe, efficient operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or yard environment.
• Current Forklift Licence is essential.
• Strong understanding of CoR requirements and safety systems.
• Experience leading teams with performance management and coaching.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Yard & Despatch team with day-to-day supervision and accountability.
• Coordinate daily activities, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Manage inventory and yard operations, including stocktakes and accuracy.
• Champion safety and CoR compliance, maintaining Zero Harm culture.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Inventory, and Logistics to optimise workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
