Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Trades Assistant for a client in Rooty Hill, NSW 2766. You will support the open space maintenance team with workshop tasks and vehicle care.

Responsibilities include greasing, washing and cleaning council vehicles, assisting in the tyre bay, and helping trades personnel with repairs while keeping the workshop floor and equipment clean and safe. The role runs Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:15pm, paying $39.38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of heavy plant and wheel/tyre removal.
• Valid HR licence.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety.
• Grease, wash and clean council vehicles.
• Assist tyre bay and trades staff as needed.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely.
