Job summary

Transport and Industrial Hydraulics – Beresfield NSW is seeking a trade qualified Hydraulic Fitter for our workshop in Beresfield. You will undertake hydraulic installations, repairs and services on cranes, tailgates and hydraulic equipment, with fault finding and regular servicing tasks.

A strong team fit and attention to detail are essential; forklift licence is preferred and essential Australian work authorisation is required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification within minimum 3 years post trade.
• Must hold a recognised mechanical trade qualification.
• Basic Auto Electrical knowledge will be highly regarded.
• Must hold valid Australian work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic installations, repairs and services of hoses, cylinders, pumps, hoists and power packs.
• Carry out fault finding and annual service on cranes and tailgate loaders.
• Installations and servicing of truck mounted cranes and tailgates.
• Work in a workshop environment in Beresfield with a responsive team.

Transport & Industrial Hydraulics is a locally owned and operated company that specialises in supplying and installing hydraulic equipment for all hydraulic solutions and are seeking a trade qualified Hydraulic Fitter to join our workshop based in Beresfield due to growth

• Hydraulic installations, pto's, pumps, cylinders, hoists, power packs, wet kits, valving Hydraulic repairs, hoses, resealing cylinders
• Installations, repairs and services of truck mounted cranes, tailgate loaders
• Fault finding and carrying out annual services on cranes and tailgate loaders

Skills and requirements

• Trade qualification within minimum 3 years post trade
• Must hold a recognised mechanical trade qualification
• Basic Auto Electrical knowledge and vehicle loading crane experience will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to complete tasks independently and work in a team
• Valid forklift licence must be held at commencement of employment
• Must hold valid Australian work authorisation
