We're currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Edinburgh workshop operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about safety, people leadership, and operational excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll lead a team of workshop and contractor personnel to ensure equipment is serviced, repaired, and maintained to our Silver Service standards. You'll play a critical role in maximising fleet availability, managing workshop performance, and ensuring safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.
