About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Workshop Planner / Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while keeping the workshop running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure all maintenance jobs are booked, parts are ready, and customer service runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workshop bookings and job scheduling
  • Answer phones and liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Look up, order, and organise parts for various equipment types
  • Schedule follow-up and incoming work
  • Maintain job sheets, records, and parts inventory
  • Assist with general workshop administration and communication
About You
  • Experience in parts interpreting or workshop planning (preferred)
