Heavy Equipment Fleet | Maintenance Leadership

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of fleet maintenance for our Perth branch.

This role plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet.

What You’ll Do

• Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
• Plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
• Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
• Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
• Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers

About You

• Strong background in heavy diesel and mobile plant
• Knowledge of earthmoving, compaction or access equipment
• Experience supervising mechanics or leading workshop
• Confident diagnosing faults and guiding technicians
• Organised and capable of managing a busy hire fleet
