Job summary

W3Global in Cairns is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Cairns operation. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong technical background in Auto Electrical or Transport Refrigeration and the ability to manage people, workflow and customer relationships.

You will oversee daily workshop operations, mentor technicians and apprentices, schedule jobs, ensure quality workmanship and safety, manage parts and suppliers, monitor performance, and build lasting customer connections.

• Experience leading a workshop or service team with hands-on technical focus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Sound computer and administration skills.

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Cairns operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong technical background in either Auto Electrical or Transport Refrigeration who can effectively manage people, workflow and customer relationships.

About The Role

Trade Qualifications And Experience In Either

• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Sound computer and administration skills
• Current driver's licence
