Job summary

NRC Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Workshop Manager to lead its busy automotive workshop in Mullumbimby, NSW. The role focuses on efficient, safe, and high-quality work, while fostering excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor a skilled team, maintain service standards, and drive budgets and sales targets. A current driver's licence is required and there is a clear path to future ownership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a workshop management or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and trade qualifications (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Ability to achieve budgets and sales targets.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
