Programmed in Unanderra, NSW is seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand Boilermaker to lead our boilermaking and fabrication team, while remaining hands-on.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will supervise, coordinate resources, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality welding and fabrication services across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced boilermaker to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role within our workshop operations.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate our boilermaking and fabrication team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. You will also remain hands‑on, applying your trade expertise across a range of fabrication, welding, assembly and repair activities.
This is a pivotal role within our operation, contributing to the successful delivery of high‑quality welding and fabrication services to our customers across the region.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and capable boilermaker with strong fabrication skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
