Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking experienced and qualified Boilermakers for roles based in Wollongong. The positions require Cert 3 in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking), and solid MIG and TIG welding of steel, aluminium and stainless.

You will read technical drawings and assemble, weld, bolt and join metal to form structures in a safe, compliant environment. Programmed GO values safety and inclusion, offering a stable pathway with strong teamwork, clear communication and adherence to WHS.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking).
• Competent in MIG & TIG welding of steel, aluminium & stainless.
• Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Assembling, welding, bolting and joining metal pieces to form structures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compliant with WHS regulations and procedures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
