This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pipe fabricator to take the next step in their career and lead the day-to-day delivery of pipe fabrication activities within a busy workshop environment.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our team, ensuring work is planned, organised and delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
You will provide hands‑on leadership across pipe fabrication, welding, fit‑up and assembly activities, while coordinating labour, materials, priorities and workflow to ensure projects are delivered to schedule and customer requirements.
This is a key role within our operation, with responsibility for maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity while supporting the continued development of our fabrication team.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced boilermaker or pipe fabricator with strong technical capability and demonstrated experience leading fabrication teams.
