This full-time role focuses on coordinating repairs, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality service while remaining hands-on with technical problem-solving. Qualifications

• This role requires a Heavy Diesel trade qualification and strong mechanical experience.
• Experience leading a workshop team and coordinating repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and improve workshop performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of workshop technicians
• Managing workshop workflow and job scheduling
• Ensuring quality service and repair work is completed to a high standard
• Providing technical support and mentoring to technicians
• Liaising with customers regarding servicing and repair requirements
• Working closely with the Service Coordinator to provide job updates
• Reviewing and preparing jobs for invoicing
• Monitoring warranty reports and ensuring manufacturer timeframes are met
• Upholding health and safety policies and procedures across the workshop
