Qualifications

• Experience in a workshop, warehouse or trade environment or a genuine willingness to learn fast.
• Strong time management and the ability to follow systems, processes and checklists consistently and precisely.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence early on to operate forklifts.
• Clear communication and a team‑first attitude.
• Hands‑on approach with stock and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep workshop floor and aisles clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Manage storage and conduct weekly stock takes.
• Handle deliveries and collections for the workshop and projects.
• Assist the build team when required; operate CNC when trained.
• Maintain hardware levels and ensure clear labelling of stock.
• Provide regular feedback and help implement improvements to stock and systems.
• Receive and action scopes and picking lists from management.
