J.T. Fossey is a leading heavy vehicle dealership servicing Northern and North Western New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our busy workshop operations and mentor technicians.

As Workshop Foreman, you will work with the Service Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and a positive customer experience. This full-time role offers stability and the chance to develop your leadership within a respected dealership.

Competenze

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic.
• Demonstrated leadership and workshop supervision experience.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and LR/MR/HR licences.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team and lead our busy workshop operations. This is an opportunity for a skilled Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to step into a leadership role, share their knowledge, mentor technicians, and contribute to the ongoing success of our dealership.

The Role

As Workshop Foreman, you will lead by example in maintaining a professional, efficient, and customer-focused workshop environment. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support technicians, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic
• Strong leadership skills and previous workshop experience (heavy vehicle experience preferred)
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current LR / MR / HR Driver’s Licence (essential)
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment and follow established procedures
