We’re now looking for an experienced and hands‑on Workshop Foreman to lead our fabrication and fitting team at our Dandenong South facility.

About the Role

This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work and knows how to get the best out of a team. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our workshop, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to our high standards.

You’ll work closely with management, clients, and site teams — coordinating fabrication, fitting, and maintenance projects in our workshop, while maintaining an efficient and well‑organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow within the workshop
• Allocate labour, materials, and equipment across multiple projects
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop tradespeople and apprentices
