Job summary

Mtm Structural Steel is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead the in-house fabrication team. This hands-on role supervises boilermakers, welders and apprentices, ensuring safe, on-time delivery to high quality standards.

You will coordinate fabrication schedules, manage workflow and dispatch deadlines, and ensure all work follows drawings and specifications. A trade qualification and proven supervisory experience in a structural steel workshop are required.

• Trade qualified with solid fabrication experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a structural steel workshop.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings.
