Job summary

Magnetic Steel Works in Townsville region is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate staff, plan workloads and ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time and to the required quality. The role requires strong boilermaking, welding and metal fabrication experience, with a track record in supervising or leading a workshop team.
