Job summary

You will keep workshops safe, stocked, compliant and ready for hands‑on learning, manage purchasing and supplier relationships, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Engineering trade
• Demonstrated ability to undertake preventative maintenance of machinery
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach and a natural focus on finding practical solutions
• Confidence building relationships with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
• A commitment to safety, professionalism and working within a regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinating workshop readiness across Automotive and Engineering programs
• Maintaining tools, equipment and workshop facilities, including preventative maintenance
• Managing purchasing, ordering, invoicing and supplier relationships
• Overseeing stock control, receiving and storage of workshop materials
• Supporting workplace safety, continuous improvement projects and workshop compliance activities
