Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Attention to detail with strong customer service and communication.
• Ability to work in a busy workshop and achieve service outcomes.
• Strong computer skills; experience with ibody, Parts Check or Audanet preferred.
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
• Appropriate Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, forecast and allocate work to team members.
• Ensure repair quality meets productivity targets and customer expectations.
• Coach and develop team to improve productivity.
• Quote damaged vehicles accurately and on time.
• Manage parts ordering and receiving to control costs.
