Ipswich Mazda is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead our busy service department and support technicians in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate workflow, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and mentor technicians while maintaining high service standards.

• Experience as Workshop Controller, Foreman, Team Leader or Senior Technician.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Are you an experienced automotive professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Ipswich Mazda is looking for a highly organised and driven Workshop Controller to help lead our busy service department and support our technicians in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to Service Manager Matt, a respected automotive leader with 22 years of experience across the Eagers Automotive network, you'll be responsible for supporting the efficient running of the workshop, ensuring strong team performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role

As Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for coordinating workflow throughout the workshop, supporting technicians, and ensuring repair orders are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with the Service Advisors and Parts team to keep operations running smoothly and customers informed.
