Job summary

Australian Automotive Group – Castle Hill NSW is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Service team in Castle Hill, NSW. This full-time role manages day-to-day operations of our busy automotive repair workshop, including scheduling, parts ordering, staff supervision and quality control.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with workshop management software and data analysis.

Power Ford Castle Hill (Part of Australian Automotive Group) is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Service team in Castle Hill, NSW. This is a full-time role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy automotive repair workshop. As Workshop Controller, you will oversee all aspects of the workshop, from job scheduling and parts ordering to staff management and quality control.
