Evoenergy is recruiting for a full-time Works Preparation Administrator in Canberra. You will support the centralised Works Preparation Team within Works Enablement, coordinating and estimating activities to optimise the short-term works plan (0-3 months) and contribute to process improvements.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work with stakeholders across the business, maintain data in CityWorks, and help ensure safe, efficient delivery of works while upholding Evoenergy's safety standards.

Competenze

• Diploma in Business Administration, or demonstrated relevant work experience.
• Intermediate Excel, Project and Word skills.
• High attention to detail and corporate writing ability.
• Highly organised, proactive and independent worker.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Commitment to safety and an inclusive environment.

Mansioni

• Support and administration for the Works Preparation team using standardised processes and CityWorks.
• Create, monitor and hand over the cyclic Program of Works in line with the Asset Management Plan.
• Support development of works packs for short-term plans (0–3 months).
• Assist data entry to maintain accuracy in systems used in works preparation.
• Record minutes and actions from meetings; monitor progress and respond to inquiries.
