Hicksons|Hunt&Hunt is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team. You will advise on a wide range of workplace relations and employment law matters, including prevention packages for bullying and harassment and navigating complex claims.

Qualifications

• Defendant experience within a well-regarded practice.
• Understanding of employment law including drafting enterprise agreements, understanding the rights of employers to bring claims, unfair dismissal and discrimination.

• Willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance your skills.

As part of our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of workplace relations, employment law, and safety matters, navigating complex legal issues with confidence and expertise. What You Bring

Our Workplace Relations Team is seeking an Associate/ Senior Associate with at least 3 years’ PQE, as well as:

• Defendant experience within a well-regarded practice
