Job summary

Kinnect is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with workplace rehabilitation experience to join our Perth team. You will assess injured workers, conduct workplace assessments, and provide detailed reports while coordinating services and leading injury prevention initiatives.

AHPRA registration is required, with WA workers’ compensation knowledge preferred. You’ll work in a dynamic environment delivering ADL assessments, functional testing, and ergonomic evaluations across diverse

Qualifications

• Active AHPRA registration as an OT.
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess injured workers to support safe return to work.
• Conduct workplace assessments to identify physical and psychological demands.
• Provide expert clinical opinions and write detailed reports.
• Perform ADL assessments and coordinate services.
• Lead injury prevention services (e.g., pre-employment testing, ergonomics).
• Develop job demands documentation and risk assessments.
