WorkFocus Australia is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured employees in returning to work, across Australia. The role involves comprehensive assessments and tailored RTW plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers flexible working arrangements, strong mentorship, and multiple career pathways. You will collaborate with insurers, medical practitioners, and clients to achieve optimal outcomes and drive wellbeing across life and work.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel; current vehicle and driver's licence required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Determination to provide a high level of customer service.
• Effective time management and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers; design/implement/monitor RTW programs.
• Undertake ADL, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment assessments.
• Identify RTW barriers and liaise with clients, insurers and medical practitioners.
• Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks.
• Design and monitor programs to help injured employees return to the workforce.
