Job summary

Accor Hospitality Services is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee daily hospitality and administrative tasks for tenants, clients and suppliers. This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining Accor's client promise, within a 14-month parental leave vacancy.

The successful candidate will lead a Hospitality Team, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure VIP welcome services while upholding Accor's Heartist culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, starting from supervisor level.
• Proficient in coordinating and planning activities and events.
• Ability to build meaningful connections and deliver premium service.
• Experience leading the delivery of premium services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and train Hospitality Team Members to ensure high service levels.
• Respond promptly to tenant/client feedback and ensure follow-ups.
• Implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience and exceed expectations.
• Manage day-to-day workplace operations, covering experiential, administrative, and functional tasks.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for service improvements.
• Deliver VIP and premium welcome services to external visitors.
