Job summary

Accor Hospitality Services is seeking a Concierge Executive to warmly welcome tenants and visitors, guide them within a building, and support tenant activation initiatives. You will represent the Accor brand in daily interactions and work closely with the Head Concierge to enhance guest experiences.

The role focuses on delivering premium service, leveraging Accor Heartist principles, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment across the asset.

Qualifications

• Strong customer/hospitality background with demonstrated exemplary service.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer experience role.

Responsibilities

• Focused on proactively greeting, welcoming and serving tenants and visitors to the asset
• Be a key source of knowledge for tenants and visitors about the asset and local precinct
• Provide services that add convenience, exclusivity, community and utility
• Role based in the lobby area with time at the Concierge desk and roving through the lobby and precinct
• Face of Accor to tenants and visitors and representative of our brand with the client
• Identify opportunities to innovate customer experience from feedback and trends
• Adhere to best practice tools and participate in CX training, Heartist Engagement and QA programs
• Embrace the Accor values and demonstrate the Heartist spirit in all actions and interactions
