• Own the day-to-day operations of a premium flex workspace in Melbourne CBD
• Build direct relationships with IFM Investors, one of Australia's most recognised institutional asset managers
• Hands‑on role spanning operations, client service, sales support and community building
• Some out‑of‑hours availability required for client events

In This Role, You Will

• Manage daily operations including bookings, enquiries, room set‑up, AV, tech support and catering
• Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance as required
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants and guests
• Maintain accurate records across bookings, contracts and invoicing
• Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow occupancy
• Assist with reporting, budgeting and financial tracking
• Contribute to precinct events, community activities and out‑of‑hours client bookings as required
