Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality workplace environment in Sydney. This role blends facilities management with workplace experience to support employee productivity and wellbeing.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendors and contracts, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive sustainability and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or workplace experience.
• Knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized with ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned with organisational culture and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
• Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring strong performance, compliance and value.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across workplace facilities.
• Drive sustainability, resource efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
