Sodexo is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment. This role combines facilities management with workplace experience to support productivity, wellbeing, and organisational performance.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee workplace operations, vendor management, space utilisation and compliance, while partnering with stakeholders to meet evolving business and workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned to culture and business goals.
• Manage daily facilities operations (maintenance, cleaning, security, front-of-house).
• Manage vendors and contracts to ensure performance, compliance, and value.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all workplaces.
• Drive sustainability and resource efficiency initiatives.
