Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee client office operations in Sydney, coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to complete work orders. The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting property managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will lead a team onsite, manage schedules from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with travel as needed, and ensure safety and efficiency across Sydney offices while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications in facilities management preferred.
• 4+ years in facilities coordination, workplace services, or similar in tech/startup contexts.
• Experience with CMMS platforms for maintenance and assets tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, and planning abilities with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and employees with a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders; support day-to-day facilities needs.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, supplies, onboarding and vendor coordination.
• Provide remote facilities coordination for regional offices and track work orders.
