Job summary

Seeker Group in Melbourne is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to lead day-to-day office operations across Melbourne and Sydney with a focus on consistency and care. You’ll manage facilities, onboarding logistics and internal travel, partnering with Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office coordination or administration within a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Ability to manage facilities, vendors and travel logistics.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Clear and confident communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of our Melbourne office, ensuring Sydney is supported with consistency and care.
  • Support Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs to run behind-the-scenes operations smoothly.
  • Coordinate facilities, suppliers and maintenance to keep workplaces organised and functional.
  • Maintain professional, welcoming spaces and onboarding logistics from desks to equipment.
  • Manage internal travel bookings and logistics with clarity and efficiency.
  • Support diaries and internal logistics to keep priorities moving.
  • Own and improve admin systems, templates and documentation.
  • Ensure onboarding logistics are seamless and office readiness is maintained.
  • Support internal events and workplace moments that bring teams together.
  • Identify smarter, more efficient ways to run processes and partner with People & Culture.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in keeping that foundation strong across SE Group, bringing structure, care and consistency to how we operate every day.


About the Role

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who genuinely enjoys making things run well, and takes pride in how the workplace functions behind the scenes.


This is a shared services role supporting the day-to-day workplace experience across Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs.


This role is dynamic and varied. One day you’re across office operations, systems and suppliers, the next you’re coordinating travel, onboarding logistics or supporting a workplace moment. You’ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable working across different teams, rhythms and priorities.


This isn’t about “office vibes” for the sake of it. It’s about execution, consistency and care, creating an environment where our people can do their best work. There’s genuine scope in this role to grow with the group, as the business evolves so does the opportunity to expand your impact and responsibility.


Here’s a snapshot of your day to day


  • Lead the day-to-day running of our Melbourne office, while ensuring Sydney is supported with the same consistency and care

  • Support teams across Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs helping things run smoothly behind the scenes

  • Coordinate facilities, suppliers and maintenance so our workplaces are organised, functional and well considered

  • Maintain spaces that feel professional, consistent and welcoming

  • Manage internal travel bookings and logistics with clarity and efficiency

  • Support diaries and internal logistics to keep priorities moving

  • Own and improve our admin systems, templates and documentation so they’re clear and easy to use

  • Ensure onboarding logistics are seamless, from desks and equipment to first-day readiness

  • Support internal events and workplace moments that bring teams together

  • Look for smarter, more efficient ways to run office and administrative processes

  • Partner closely with People & Culture to strengthen the overall employee experience across the group


About You

You’re someone who:



  • Brings experience in office coordination, operations or administration and enjoys being at the centre of how a business runs day to day

  • Has experience working in an Agency environment and understands the pace, energy and shifting priorities that come with it

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, multi-business agency environment and brings structure and calm to complexity

  • Is proactive, highly organised and detail-driven, with strong ownership and follow-through

  • Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels of the business

  • Stays steady under pressure and enjoys solving problems before they escalat[e]

  • Takes pride in creating workplaces that feel organised, professional and well considered

  • Is energised by variety, comfortable juggling priorities and excited by the opportunity to grow as the business evolves
