Manager: Head of People & Culture
Position: Full-time
Location: Balaclava
Team: Shared Services, Seeker Group Group
We are Seeker Group, a leading events and experiences group shaping how brands connect with people across Australia.
Our approach is simple: Great People Doing Great Things For Great Brands.
For more than 19 years, our teams have delivered everything from large-scale major events to intimate experiences, global projects and bold brand activations.
Across SE Group:
We design work that’s creative, thoughtful and impactful - grounded in strategy and built to deliver results.
To do that consistently, our workplaces need to run just as well as our projects. Clear systems, organised spaces and reliable support create the environment our teams need to perform. The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in keeping that foundation strong across SE Group, bringing structure, care and consistency to how we operate every day.
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who genuinely enjoys making things run well, and takes pride in how the workplace functions behind the scenes.
This is a shared services role supporting the day-to-day workplace experience across Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs.
This role is dynamic and varied. One day you’re across office operations, systems and suppliers, the next you’re coordinating travel, onboarding logistics or supporting a workplace moment. You’ll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable working across different teams, rhythms and priorities.
This isn’t about “office vibes” for the sake of it. It’s about execution, consistency and care, creating an environment where our people can do their best work. There’s genuine scope in this role to grow with the group, as the business evolves so does the opportunity to expand your impact and responsibility.
You’re someone who:
We’re ambitious, creative and grounded and we care deeply about how we work together.
You’ll be joining a group that moves quickly, thinks strategically and backs its people. There’s real opportunity here to learn, stretch and grow alongside the business.
We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where everyone can thrive.
