Starcom Australia is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives on variety and brings project management capability. You’ll support the CEO in Melbourne and collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team in Sydney, coordinating leadership initiatives and agency-wide projects.
You’ll help plan, coordinate and deliver marketing, client events and new business activity, while seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing today is complex, fast‑moving and under constant pressure - but that’s where we do our best work.
At Starcom, we believe progress comes from focus. In a world of endless data, accelerating technology and constant change, we help brands move beyond what they could do and concentrate on what they should do to drive real growth.
Our Focus Framework gives our people the clarity to identify the audiences, ideas, media, and metrics that matter most - turning complexity into impact and ambition into results.
If you’re motivated by smart thinking, meaningful collaboration, and the opportunity to make a real difference, you’ll find your unfair advantage here.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives on variety, brings project management capability, and has a genuine curiosity for technology, tools, and smarter ways of working. This is a role for someone who likes to be close to decision‑making and enjoys learning how a business really operates.
You’ll manage diaries, meetings, and travel - but the core value of this role also sits in project coordination, operational problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. You’ll help keep priorities moving, projects on track, and leaders focused, while also looking for smarter, more efficient, and effective ways of working.
Partnering closely with our Melbourne-based CEO and working alongside the Executive Leadership Team in Sydney, you’ll operate as a trusted project partner - helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver leadership initiatives, agency‑wide projects, marketing, client events, and new business activity.
This is a dynamic role, requiring this person to have strong organisational skills, high EQ, a proactive attitude, and the aptitude to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this role requires a high level of discretion and self-management, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and a knack for collaboration.
You’ll join a business at a time of strong growth and transformation, with the opportunity to be part of a refreshed proposition and visible momentum. It goes beyond traditional EA work, offering project‑led exposure within media, involvement in new business and marketing activity, pathways to broaden your career AND the opportunity to work alongside some of the sharpest and kindest leaders in the biz.
If you're proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and have a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise, we’d love to hear from you!
