About Us

We are Seeker Group, a leading events and experiences group shaping how brands connect with people across Australia.

Our approach is simple: Great People Doing Great Things For Great Brands.

For more than 19 years, our teams have delivered everything from large-scale major events to intimate experiences, global projects and bold brand activations.

Across SE Group:
  • Seeker Agency leads creative and experiential events and activations

There's genuine scope in this role to grow with the group, as the business evolves so does the opportunity to expand your impact and responsibility.

Here's a snapshot of your day to day

  • Maintain spaces that feel professional, consistent and welcoming
  • Manage internal travel bookings and logistics with clarity and efficiency
  • Support diaries and internal logistics to keep priorities moving
  • Own and improve our admin systems, templates and documentation so they're clear and easy to use
  • Ensure onboarding logistics are seamless, from desks and equipment to first-day readiness
  • Support internal events and workplace moments that bring teams together
  • Look for smarter, more efficient ways to run office and administrative processes
  • Partner closely with People & Culture to strengthen the overall employee experience across the group
About You

You're someone who:

  • Is proactive, highly organised and detail-driven, with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels of the business
  • Stays steady under pressure and enjoys solving problems before they escalat[e]
  • Takes pride in creating workplaces that feel organised, professional and well considered
  • Is energised by variety, comfortable juggling priorities and excited by the opportunity to grow as the business evolves
Why Join Us?

We're ambitious, creative and grounded and we care deeply about how we work together.

You'll be joining a group that moves quickly, thinks strategically and backs its people. There's real opportunity here to learn, stretch and grow alongside the business.
