Job summary

At Aurecon, we are an engineering consultancy focused on sustainable outcomes and exceptional experiences. This role supports workplace experiences across Australia, coordinating events, catering, and facilities services to delight clients and staff.

You will partner with the Workplace Lead to anticipate needs, assist with security passes, Wi-Fi, and back-office tasks while driving improvements to service delivery and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a people-centred, client or customer service-focused role.
  • Experience or training in catering or event management will be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Job description

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate facility‑related queries, contractor coordination, maintenance and compliance activities
What you’ll bring
