Job summary

The Reject Shop in Australia is seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team at the Store Support Centre. You will combine systems analysis, project coordination and stakeholder engagement to support our growing store network and transformation programs.

Key initiatives include the rollout of UKG Pro Workforce Management and SuccessFactors, with a focus on forecasting, labour modelling and data quality across multiple systems. Experience in retail is valued.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Workforce Systems, Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, system enhancements or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements, testing system changes and supporting implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting key workforce systems projects and transformation initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of workforce forecasting and labour modelling capabilities.
• Administering, maintaining and optimising the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.
• Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Technology and external vendors.
• Investigating system issues, coordinating resolutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring workforce management data remains accurate, reliable and aligned across integrated systems.
• Developing reporting, dashboards and analysis that support informed business decisions.
• Helping redesign and improve workforce planning processes and ways of working across the business.
