Job summary

The Reject Shop is building a future-focused Workforce Planning capability from our Store Support Centre. We are seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to lead system transformations, coordinate projects and implement forecasting and labour modelling within our UKG environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, People & Culture, and external vendors to optimise data integrity and drive improvements.

Qualifications

4-5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Workforce Systems, Project Coordinator or similar role.
Prior UKG or SuccessFactors experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to drive outcomes and follow through on actions.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and supporting key workforce systems projects and transformation initiatives.
Supporting the implementation of workforce forecasting and labour modelling capabilities.
Administering, maintaining and optimising the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.
Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Technology and external vendors.
Investigating system issues, coordinating resolutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring workforce management data remains accurate, reliable and aligned across integrated systems.
Developing reporting, dashboards and analysis that support informed business decisions.
Helping redesign and improve workforce planning processes and ways of working across the business.
