Job summary

Green by Nature AU is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the deployment of a new Workforce Management and Field Service system across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with operational teams, IT stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions that improve day-to-day work for over 2,300 employees.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will gather requirements, map processes, assist with data migration and testing, and create training

Qualifications

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with data migration, testing and system configuration
• The confidence to support training and guide users through change

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
• Map current and future state processes
• Support system configuration, solution design and reporting requirements
• Coordinate and play active role in user acceptance, integration and performance testing
• Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation
• Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation alongside the training team
• Support implementation, go live activities and post launch adoption
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
