Job summary

The Department of Justice in Western Australia seeks a Business Performance Analyst to deliver analysis and reporting on Court and Tribunal Services outcomes. You will extract data from source systems, develop queries, and produce standard reporting suites while ensuring data integrity.

You will interpret performance indicators, contribute to a performance framework, and collaborate with various business areas to support agreed outcomes and improved decision making.

Qualifications

• Data management, BI skills with SQL Server, Cognos and Power BI.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of performance information and reporting on data relating to outcomes.
• Extract data from source systems using standard reporting tools and build data queries.
• Contribute to quality assurance, data integrity checks and performance framework development.
• Interpret data for Division performance indicators and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate data and business reporting outputs, including standard reporting suites and dashboards.
• Consult with and advise across the Division to support agreed outcomes.
